Try Hasbro Toy Shop.com.  They have plenty to buy, and I'm betting they ship overseas.  Or, try one of the many site sponsors at the top of the forum page!

I'm not sure if they ship to the UK but there is an eBay fellow from China who is always selling 5 figure lots that go for about 15-20 USD a pop plus 10 shipping.

That guy is from China? No wonder the shipping was so expensive. I got a lot of 5 501st clone troopers from him.
