I just read Insider and saw his great work. Ofcourse at the same time I thought that the guys here had created some over the top stuff too. 

I think customizing is all about the job and the progress you see in your work. This fellow is a true artist, but please don't let that discourage you from your own creations!

I absolutly second that thought and appeal!
everything is about the job, our ideas, the progress - having fun! And if we see someone doing a "better" job... whatever that means... its simply an inspiration, something we can learn from or just see he is doing something different. Being discouraged would be the worst thing happen.
Everybody has to follow their own way, that is what counts.

There is always a bigger fish, but what the heck... ;)
