Ok Ron sorry to keep asking about an old figure but...the small detail strips of styrene on the thighs and hands are they styrene rods or you carefully cut those from styrene cards?

Mate honestly ask away no matter how old the figure is. I used already cut styrene strips and just cut to length.

Hi All,

The DS Light Display is now complete and I will get some outdoor pics tomorrow.

I completed the DS by repaint the panels a darker grey and then I did dry brushes of lighter greys and silver. Once the dry brush was dry I then gave the whole thing two light washes of matt back.

Hi All,

Well no ress for the wicket LOL,

This next custom is a FNAF (Five Nights at Freddy's) for those that don't of it, it is a jump fright game set inside a Freddy FazBear's pizzeria where you are a security guard and have to stop the animatronics from killing you.

This custom is based on Freddy, I got the idea from a picture I saw on the net and loved the idea of the animatronics looking beat up and looking scary.

The figure is from Funko and I removed the lower jaw and removed the original teeth and added plastic card on the inside of the jaw and made new teeth from plastic card. Small greeblieswere added just inside of the right jaw to simulate the movement rod is broken that is why his jaw has fallen away.

The right eye was done by drilling out the old eye and adding a new one using a small ball joint and drilling a hole in the back and attaching wires, the left year was removed and wires were glued in place.

The left hand was removed and I made a animatronic one using plastic card and plastic rod. The right arm was removed and I drilled a hole and glued wires inside.

The stomach was drilled out and I inserted greeblies so they look like a motor and frame work and the right foot was removed and I made a new animatronic one by using plastic card.

Next up painting.

Wow, two great updates. Time to share em both.

I love that Death Star Light. Are you gonna hang that or mount it on a wall?

The DS looks fantastic, I may have to find one of those lights somewhere. I've never heard of FNAF. Looks cool though, like a demented Chuckie Chesse. Awesome stuff!

Thanks heaps Shawn and once we get our new house (yeah still looking LOL) I will hang it up in my new modelroom/mancave.

Cheers buddy, it's worth getting as a fun little side project.

I never heard of it until my son started playing it and started watching him and loved the concept and yeah it's like a demented Chuckie Chesse.

Hi All,

FNAF Freddy is 95% complete I just have to weather him and the base. The base is just some thick foam board and the figure and base where painted using Vallejo paints.

Hi All,

Here are the usual outdoor pics of both the DS Light and Damaged Freddy.

Freddy was finally given a little weathering using pastel chalks.
