Revell easykit AT-RT

The AT-RT is apart from the AT-AT the only walker model kit from Revell yet (a AT-TE kit should follow this or next year). It is very close to the 3 3/4" size, so you can combine it with a Hasbro AT-RT driver figure. The kit includes 46 painted parts (also a AT-RT driver with no articulation) and construction manual. The kit is very easy to build only the cannon and some strutting-parts are a bit flimsy and can broke very easily. Weathering and a base is missing in this kit.

length: 138mm
height: 182mm
cost: about 15€
rating: 9/10

story:
The All Terrain Recon Transport (AT-RT) was a one-man bipedal walker used for reconnaissance and patrolling, first by the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars, and later on by the Galactic Empire and Alliance to Restore the Republic and was made in Kuat Drive Yards. (wookiepedia)

btw: The DC-15 blasters on the back are not included and also the stand is self made.

I found two week ago a  secound AT-RT model kit. I think I will use this for a 212th (Utapau)  AT-RT custom.

DeAgostini Imperial star destroyer

I found today the newest DeAgostini magazine. This time is a great star destroyer model included. The detailing is for this small size very good. The model is 9cm lond, 6cm wide and 3,5cm high.
One thing is really disappointing. The first three magazines were covered in a nice plastic package but now sells DeAgostini the magazines in a simple plastic bag. The result is a creased magazine.  >:(

next one is the AT-AT walker

Cool model. I will get this on the fp tomorrow. Sad to hear they aren't showing up as good of packaging as the previous ones. I am looking forward to that atat though.

Thanks a lot mate.
I'm also looking forward to the AT-AT. I hope you still want it or is the packaging too disappointing?
