Hi All,

German Armoured Train WWII, Panzerjager Triebwagen 51. 1:35 scale.
Recipe.

Train/Base - both are from Trumpeter and built straight out of the box and it was first sprayed with Army Painter Dark Sand and then dry brushed using Vallejo Paints Dark Sand and then weathered using Vallejo Paints and Pastel Chalks.

Wow, Ron, that's awesome. The weathering is really outstanding. Those Pastel Chalks work well.

Man I could so see this in an Idiana Jones movie. Was this a true creation? First I have seen an armored train car with actual tank turrets. It sure does look like something the Germans would have created.

Thanks so much Jeff and the pastels really do bring out the details and realism that is for sure.

Thanks Shawn and it is an actual German WW2 armoured train and they built so many that you actually do say to yourself was that real and Hell yeah I could see Indy running on the top of this.

It sure was and the size of some of their equipment was insane.
