Difficult to see. Always in motion, the past is.... Haven't got a clue, but it's not from a figure. Just for the record: "vintage" is Kenner days, right?

I think it's from a vehicle, but I have no idea which. Or perhaps it's from the Droid Factory Playset??

EDIT: Darth C, I think you're right! Just looked up some pics of that one and it sure looks like it. Good call!!
