In my sunday paper, Hobby Lobby runs a full page add. about every other or third sunday, down in the bottom right corner of the add is a 40 percent off one item coupon. Keep that in the back of your head if you ever want to try the stuff.

Here is another oldie but a goodie.
This dio started as two potf figure bases that I glued and wired together. I created a framework with coat hanger wire that was attached to these bases for the bottom and covered that with glued on thin craft foam. I then built up the ground work with chunks of styrefoam and covered it all with paper mache. next came paint and train diorama grass. The final step was to install some train diorama tree trunks and cover with shredded colored foam for foilage.  I built this dio to support this fig I made from a saga Elite Corps trooper body with a resin Airborn head painted to match and the helmet cover from an ATTE tamk gunner fig. He is also sporting a Paper mache cape and kama painted to match the elite corps camo and a scratchbuilt ghillie cape that was made from gauze soaked in white glue and formed with an old plastic Vader cape. It was then painted and covered with the same static grass and bush foilage that I used on the dio.

Just awesome!!

Daggone I love that snow mando is that same snow camo paint app that you do Clint. The GM is great too, don't get me wrong, but I love that snow mando.

Some more lil dio shots from the photo archives. The first is a shot of two little green dios. One in a further stage of production than the other.  You can see the rocks cast in white plaster from a rock mold on the one and what they look like painted on the other. On one I have posed a battle droid for scale.
The other two shots are of a little snow dio with a custom fig I did using a GM body, a cast resin snowtrooper backpack, and a hollowed out resin ATAT drivers helmet. If I were fishing for Tamers, this would work as bait. LOL

Thanks guys. You know, Tamer, the more I post about this stuff, the more I want to start messing with it again.
Why, I even caught myself digging around in the unfinished customs pile, yesterday. There are 3 of em for sure, all with custom mixed helmets, and two have partially completed dios. I know that you have seen them, can you remember which ones they were?
