Can you belive that this is my 1st Custom Figures post EVER! Last night I found myself with nothing to do so I decided to try my hand at Customising. I had a couple of odd Stormtroopers lying aroud and so these are Imperial Ground Troops (Circa Ep4 minus 5years). As "Bessie" my Imperial Troop carrier was destroyed at the end of the Darkchild she's been lying around just waiting to be re-customised. I'm going to enter the custom in Spudafetts Vehicle Competition and I wanted some troops to go with her. So here is my 1st attempt at customising, these are work in progress images and the figures still need painting. So far I've got 2 heavy weapons ground troops, a large destroyer droid, a mobile sentry gun and a FieldCommand Unit. I hope you approve!    |

lol
man these look great. I love the added range finders and little greeblies. We definately need to see these guys from the back.
My only suggestion is the same as everyone else's. Repaint those guys, especially their rangefinder's and antenaes.
POTF stormtroopers should be set aside in a new class of their own and given a special designation... maybe we should call them ASETs. Advanced Steroid Enhanced Troopers!

Hmm... after careful review of your pics I have to say I am utterly IMPRESSED!! Stormies, AT-ST Driver, Imperial Troop Transport I LOVE it though I may be a little biased lol, can't wait to see the finished product Jules.

I also want to start photoshopping, HB has gotten everyoen excited about it, much like clint and the casting,  I still have not ordered new silicone,  Great looking vehicle. I hate those figs, but its nice that y0u are giving them some love. I just really hate POTF era, Even though its what got me back into toys. |

I gotta agree with Trev on this one Jules, you should try your hand at repainting those figures, giving them some character.
They are brilliant first attempts mate. Well done, as Jay said, we all have to start somewhere...
