Folks the short story is that last year folks got stiffed and didn't get their end of a promised gift. We have discussed alternatives and came up wanting with any real ways to make sure this doesn't happen again.

It is really sad to even have to report this, but it is what it is.

man this always seems to happen whenever something like this done? That sucks for the ones  that really enjoy these kinds of events theres always people that manage to messe it up for everybody else!!!
