I guess this week is the week for odd joe vehicle customs...  after jule's unveiled his mobile pit base project I find this at the flea market:

I have no idea what it's suposed to be... I know it is incomplete.  It is obviously suposed to have two of those mini-subs on the sides, and it only has one... BUT for 5 bucks I couldn't pass that up!

oh... and I also got this sweet batmobile with pop-out bat-plane....  I plan on keeping it a batmobile and repainting it, adding lights and customizing a joe fig into my own take on batman.

I'd love to see what you do with both those vehicles...the Batmobile especially...I can see that being some mad speeder.

another WIP:

I thought the ravage transformer would be a good base for a basilisk droid, what do you guys think?:

now... he's obviously not as gigantic as a true basalisk should be... but I think he could pull off the general look of one and I might be able to get away with making it as a "light scout" basalisk or something....

here is what a basilisk should look like:

it makes me think of a shrimp with wings...

I think that's a great start Spud! It's gonna look awesome!

Why go through life base fig, when you can customize?

Devin, I think that's a wonderful start.  It doesn't look that far off.  Some bondo, some sculpey, some sanding, some priming, and you could complete that without much effort.  Sure, the size is smaller, but so what?

As for your other WIP projects, that Joe vehicle looks like it'll be lots of fun, and I can't wait to see that Batmobile all lit up!

DO THE BATMAN JOE CUSTOM !!!

lol I'm working on it....  Eventually.

I've got several different projects going right now!  I'm going to have to wait until I have a decent day off to work on the electronics in the batmobile, I still havn't decided how to do it yet...

as for the bassilisk it's sitting on my table begging to be worked on too.  I'll eventually get to it.

It's almost to the point that I need to take my next two days off to do a purge of my work station and clean up the mess/clutter so that I actually have room to work on these larger projects.
