Luke, your figures are just awesome, I love this rogue squadron set. As you know I have looked upon you as a mentor when it comes to ideas and presentation and it's stuff like this that got me customising in the first place.

Superb, just superb!

Great work!  What'd you use as the base head for him?

a sweet looking Rouge L.E, great sculpt mate that alien reminds me a bit like the one from The Last Starfighter

A well-built sniper rifle is a beautiful thing. Ours has two zoom modes, "Up close and personal" and "Hello, you're dead

It's a custom cast Doc, same as my Jaxxon here.

I am sure L.E. doesn't mind me posting mine here as he has one coming as well, I think in the long run I will do mine again as I have gotten better at painting now (in other words I know what I am doing, lol).

Awesome!  I've got some of DS's work - a Michael Ironside head that I always visualize for Walon Vau.

Ilsa Von Haupstein from Hellboy.

hmmm, looks like her lips are a bit lopsided.  :(  I'll touch that up.

I had to save my thread from the second page and moving to the third. I have several WIP's going on and thought I would post today as it is raining and I have a bit of free time.

First I got rid of the man jaws Scarlet was sporting and re painted the face. Can you tell a difference?

Abe has been on the back burner for too long. I have to pick up some dark emerald green paint to finish him up...

This will be a TOR Sith...

Picked up this vehicle at Wallmart and had to give it the Flat Black treatment. It will be weathered and muddy when it is done...

check out the dash with the pleather peeling off...

Now I have another Joe turned Space Pirate and wanabe Mando...

This is how I start most all my figures, with a coat of flat black.

Then brush on the red, kind of a dry brush but not really. then the silver on the shins.

More on this guy later.
We had a visitor at Sprywalker Ranch yesterday...
