Thanks guys. I am about done painting the first set I pieced together. I will take a while for me to finish the droids. The work is so tedious to me and the paint has to be just right so I do small sections at a time and put it down. I only work on them when I feel I am doing well while painting something else. I work on several things at a time. As far as who is next I have a few new wips I should photograph. I should take a few pics from the actual comics of these guys...hmmmm.

Here are my WIP pics of Ploour Illo and Dllr Neep...from, you guessed it Rogue Squadron!

I have made her taller, as she is like an amazon woman, by adding the Marion Ravenwood top pelvis to the Luke pelvis and legs.

Diir comes up to about her shoulder, as he is a short guy. I also have to shorten his pilot figure from the comic pack.

Last up is an alein species I pieced together. I have had the head for over 2 years waiting for the right legs/arms combo. I got the legs out of the RS community chest box that just went around.

I may end up painting this guy first. I love the way he is looking.

Thanks guys.

Fiala I thanks you for noticing my obscure stuff. You just don't get as many comments doing these as if you put a few stripes on a clone. If you like my weathering I think you will be pleased with the alein I finished yesterday.

MC glad you are enjoying these guys. Wait no longer on one of the WIP's. I am getting ready to photograph the Alein.

Now I feel bad, because all I do is swap Clone parts, I don't even put stripes on them...  :-[

Ok sorry guys but both of you do way more than put stripes on clones. I am sorry I didn't mean to offend anyone. I am not nocking anyones custom ever. I am just stating a comment trend, nothing more. I love clones, I put stripes on them and I get more comments when I do. I guess I should have worded it differently. I was expanding on Fiala's comment but seriously no harm ment.

This is a cook that has a gambling problem. He loves any bet he can make, but most enjoyes the Swoop and Pod Races. He once had a blaster and a jacket but I bet you can guess what happened to them. All he has now is a data pad to keep up with his bets.

and here is a pic with a little more light to show his true colors...

wwssshhheeeewwww! Glad that is straight and no harm is done. The last thing I want is to cause trouble here. Another thing I'll say is anyone would have to be insane in the membrane to try and say anything about your work Jay. Again I was just refering to the commenting trends.

Captain Mounty, thanks and as you can see all he has left is his data pad to keep up with all his winnings and debts.

Thanks to Cimter for creating the Alein section. Please check it out  for more information and try to make a never before seen species. This one is supposed to be snake like but with legs. Northern Ky'lessan would have a tail rather than legs.

RACE: Ky'lessan
HEIGHT: 1.5 to 1.7 Meters Tall
SKIN: Yellow, green
DISTINCTION: Humanoid ophidian
LANGUAGE: Ky'lessan

Southern Ky'lessan:
