Found these at Dollar Tree after work tonight.

They are 2", unarticulated mini figures based on the current "G.I.Joe: Classified" 6" line designs. There are no accessories, but several figures have nonremovable accessories (mostly backpacks) attached. These are most likely made for overseas customers from impoverished nations, like Hasbro has done in the past.

The paint jobs are horrid, but any halfway decent painter could really improve their appearances. The sculpting is quite nice, especially for the scale.

There are 3 Joes (Duke, Snake Eyes and Roadblock, but the card art shows Scarlet in place of SE) and 3 Cobras (Cobra Commander, Destro and a Red Ninja, but the card art shows Stormshadow and the Baroness in place of Destro and the Red Ninja) in the line.

Not terrible for a buck apiece, but not great either. I picked up a set of all 6 characters plus extra Red Ninjas for a friend.

Saw these 8"? 10"? "G.I.Joe" budget figures at Big Lots after work tonight. 3POA (shoulders and neck) but come with an accessory (a rarity with budget figures).

The sculpts, especially on Duke, are quite nice.

They retail for $10 each.

This says 1/14 scale, but looks like it would still work with the 6" scale "G.I.Joe: Classified" line. It does not open, but could be used for display alongside the figures.

Spotted these basic 6" "G.I.Joe" figures at 5 Below. The sculpting is really good but they only have 3 POA (neck and shoulders) and their weapons are sculpted as part of their arms.
