The Rise of Skywalker...and beyond...

(1/1)

Darth More:
On Celebration V in Chicago  last April, the title of the third and (...) last part of the Sequel Trilogy was announced by Disney.
Since licensees (i.e. Hasbro Inc.) and fans both struggled with Disney's pace of releasing new Star Wars movies on an annual basis, they also announced to slow down and go on a hiatus with Star Wars movies.
Apparently this does not affect TV shows and series like The Mandalorian airing in November 2019.

Well, what does this mean? For how long will we not see new movies of our favourite franchise?
Today,  io9 shared Disney's latest press release and a comment on it.

It looks like the wait will be over in 2022 with 3 more movies in the pipeline. And if you're a fan of James Cameron's Avatar, this article will hopefully hold some good news for you, too!

Tamer:
Looking forward to seeing the new avatar movies. I hope they do justice by it.
