Just Picked up a Medicom Phase 2 Clone for cheap

ok, it should arrive in 2 days now and i need to ask a few questions.

1. can i swap out the medicom body to a hot toys body?
2. will the Hot toys body work or will it be too big?
3. does anyone have any experience with these figures?
