Greetings everyone,
Welcome to Starfall, a brand new, original sci-fi saga that has been 3 years in the making and is currently still in the early stages of development. I wanted to share my production models for the core characters of the first chapter here on ISY, as they have been rendered as custom action figures. This is the first time they have ever been posted in public. I have plans to fully develop the story and characters into an independently produced toy line and will be raising money for the project on Kickstarter some time later this year or in 2015.
Meet Nef, the very first character I created, long before Starfall was even conceived. She's a strict military officer with a hidden past and a secret destiny.

This isn't one custom. It's two figures that share a head !
Excellent works of customizing.
Both of them are extremely well done. You've done amazing kit-bashing and finishing work there.
The uniformed version looks more like a Photoshop concept than a real figure. Just WOW! I count at least 4 different figures that you've used to make her (that I can place), not to mention odds and ends you've used as accessories. It gives her a richness.
The version without the prosthesis is very daring. I bet it took guts to amputate that right leg. I'd love to see them side by side. Those double hinged knee joints are distracting when the base color is flesh, but some somehow it's not as noticeable with the amputated leg next to it. My God man! You've even given her toenail polish!
I have one suggestion. Her skin is very shiny and that highlights any imperfections on the surface. I know I get embarrassed when I take high-def close-ups of my customs. Consider giving the undressed version's legs a light sanding with 600 and then 1500 grit sandpaper to help get rid of the irregularities on the surface. I'd also suggest a topcoat of flat varnish on those legs to dull up the flesh colors.

@Sjefke: Thank you for the kind words and the support. Your work is fantastic, and it means a lot to read such high praise from you. Yes you're right the skin tone is far too shiny. I used an airbrush clear gloss to give her a "sweaty workout gym" look, but I would like to do a flat version as well. I used the double jointed knees simply because I am lacking more female body parts at the moment. But I agree, somehow that knee looks better for a bare leg than a ball-jointed one would. Once I had created her uniformed body I got to thinking about what she would look like without her prosthetic leg. I really wanted to see a main character living with disabilities, despite having highly advanced technologies, and overcoming such adversity and still save the day. I really liked the show Almost Human in which the main human character has a prosthetic leg that he wears during the day, but sleeps without it because it's heavy, it's chafing, and it runs out of power. I wanted a similar element for Starfall where, "technology can only go so far to solve our problems." Yes, the toe and nail polish was something I toyed with. I wanted her to be able to maintain her authority without having to sacrifice her femininity as we so often see with female characters in positions of power as portrayed in the media. If you look closely, you may notice that her prosthetic hand has been fitted with artificial fingernails which have been painted red to match. I envisioned the "amputee" body version of Nef as an exclusive or variant. The standard pack will come with her uniformed version, accessories, and stand. The exclusive version will come with all that and the "amputee" version, the crutches, and her towel as well, as a deluxe pack. Just so you know, she was injured in the line of duty.

Next I want to introduce "Aves" a Drone that works for the Amantra family. He was Nef's nanny when she was a baby, her caretaker, companion, and when she joined the Star-Cavalry, and became a ranking officer, he joined her as her personal assistant.

@ghostskull18: I'm glad you like the arms. I wanted to give him a 1950s, pulp sci-fi serial feeling. Think Forbidden Planet, Lost In Space, or Buck Rogers.
@Smeagol92055: Thank you so much! He needed something to balance out those huge clumsy looking pincers. He did care for Nef as an infant, so I thought he needed some arms that wouldn't look scary holding a baby.

@Nickeltcd: Thank you so much! Glad you like the weapons, I have a lot of fun, and a lot of frustration with trying to come up with realistic explanations and good names for all the tech of Star-Fall. It's a fun challenge.
@Starchaser: Thank you. Secondary characters (and 3rd, and 4th, etc.) were always something I felt helped make sci-fi stories successful. Star Wars is a great example of that. So plan to see tons of secondary/background characters in Starfall.
Speaking of secondary characters, here is a female Star-Cav marine communications specialist serving aboard The Dreamer's Burden. The Star-Cav marines are some of the toughest soldiers in the star cluster, ready to take on any challenge and turn the tide of any battle.

@Smeagol92055: Yes they are. I don't know about you, but I'm getting sick of them. Only 3 more female officer characters to post and then it's time for the male Star-Cav officers to debut. Thank you! I like doing slight variations on the same base (i.e. Imperial troopers), so this has been nice, and I want to show a wide range of different ranks and characters for my story.

I've taken a break from my Starfall work to start a gender-swapped side project, which will be my other main customizing focus in addition to Starfall. To kick things off I made 2 versions of gender-swapped Boba Fett (check the Bounty Hunter contest thread) which I call Bebe Fett. I have made an animated first appearance 1978 Holiday Special cartoon version and an Empire Strikes Back version. They are both as close to 100% screen-accurate as possible. Everything is hand painted. I even soaked the TESB cape in tea to darken it like the one in the movies.
In keeping it scree-accurate I went with a completely practical fully armored female Fett, as opposed to the bikini armor-clad ones we often see. I grew up with Boba Fett's origins shrouded in mystery and that's how I like it, so I had no interest in making a removable helmet or showing any of her skin. I'll leave that to your imaginations.
I will be doing a third Return of the Jedi version of Bebe Fett too as part of my "Femme Fettales" series. I have a female Han solo in the works as well, so plan to see a lot of these soon.

How did you manage to transfer the Mythosaur skull emblem? Did you slice off the plastic or kitbash Boba's arms?

These gender swapped boba's are fantastic. Your paint apps are very crisp on the holiday special version. The majority of the figures are just part swaps I'm assuming, with the torso being from the EE exclusive clone/mando packs with the female mandos. With that knowledge the mythosaur skull on the shoulder of the ESB version is the stock decal correct?
However, the chest emblem is hand painted, and that came out looking fantastic. The weathering and all the other paint applications are very well done too on the ESB version.

@Sjefke: I too am a big fan of the whole gender-swapping concept, though I feel the OT is pretty much either all male, or all female if you do pure gender-swapping. Thank you. The mythosaur is from a less articulated ROTJ Boba Fett (maybe one of the ones that comes with the rocket flames stand). I used a brand new X-acto blade to very carefully remove it as paper-thin as possible. Then I trimmed it down and glued it onto the already painted shoulder armor. Over the yellow of the shoulder pad I painted a small light gray/beige area to add a bit more room to the mythosaur "patch". The arms are Clone Wars mandos which work nicely for a smaller more feminine frame.

@Spudafett: Thank you, that's high praise coming from a man with "Fett" in his username, and a talented customizer such as yourself. Yep, it's a lot of kitbashed parts, a little scratch building (like the animated Fett's Wookie pelts). Good eye, yes that's the female Mando torso from the EE exclusive boxed sets. Check my comment to Sjefke for more details on the mythosaur. Yes I hand-painted the chest emblems, both the white one and Fett's LED readouts. Thank you! Yeah I looked at tons of reference pictures and pushed myself to get as close to the actual paint and weathering on everything as possible. All the dents, scuffs, and dings should be nearly in the right places. Looking at Hasbro's 6" ESB Fett after I finished this 4" version made me so frustrated with Hasbro for sloppy and lazy paint apps that do not match the ones in the movie at all.

Disclaimer: Alright, I know we're supposed to post vehicles in the Custom Vehicle forum, but I wanted to keep all the Starfall universe to one thread. Vehicles for Starfall at this stage are rare and the real focus for my project is on character driven custom figures. So with the occasional rare exception, there will be no other vehicles on this thread.
That being said, I'm excited to be able to share this mini-rig with you! This is the XeniTrans Mantis. The Mantis is one of the most popular and commonly used personal transportation vehicles in the star cluster. It's durable, light-weight, fuel-efficient, and it gets you where you're going fast. The Mantis can be found on virtually every inhabited world, and comes in a civilian and police/military model. There is even a thriving Mantis-Motorsports racing industry and there are lots of upgrades and customizations that can be made to the vehicle. "Let Mantis move you to what matters."

It looks even better on our front page. I am really enjoying your universe. I am already envisioning some huge Star Destroyer type Capital Ship that takes these characters around to different worlds for various missions and a bevy of all types of vehicles and ships.

Greetings, all. It has been a while since my last update, but I have a batch of new Starfall characters in various stages of completion. I have a new setup for my workspace which has been an amazing boon to my process, but as most of you know, it's just hard to find the time to get in the work. So here is my latest addition to the Altarus Starcluster.
"Buzzard" was a construction Drone that contracted a digital virus that overrode his primary programming allowing him to gain free will and develop a personality--a very dangerous, psychotic, personality. Now he travels the stars hiring himself out as an enforcer for Preyhunters and Bountytrackers.

I hope everyone had a good Memorial day. Thank you all so much for your continued support, your honest feedback, and your words of encouragement, it means a lot. It has been a busy few months since my last Starfall update. After a long struggle of starting and stopping this latest character I finally got to a place where I was satisfied with the direction of his design and was able to complete him. It was really frustrating to keep not being able to "get him right" he just felt so off for so long. Perhaps that is befitting of his old and cranky personality?
When I debuted Miithraa, my Drethari Cathound character, I mentioned in her back story the master assassin that trained her. Wistrau Vitaali is one of the last living grand masters of the Kresh'ta'Nor assassin arts and one of the most skilled thieves in the Star Cluster. As a prisoner on the slave world of Denizen Prime he helped hone Miithraa into a most deadly assassin and skilled warrior. Despite his wrinkled exterior and cantankerous disposition, Wistrau is a skilled and caring teacher, only imparting his vast knowledge to those who truly deserve it. A former commander in the last of the 7 Wars he is also a decorated war hero.

@Sjefke: As always, you are spot on. Yes the head is somewhat inspired by Helper. I wanted to try a robot with lots of personality but without a fully developed face. His eye is on his chest. Only his mouth and speech receptors are on his head.
@Mr.Jedi1977: Thank you! I am a big fan of weathering. You are not wrong about the insanity here haha. While I was making this one I asked myself several times "am I crazy?" I think you know the answer there.
@Peakob1: Thank you. That "old world" feel is exactly what I was going for. Starfall combines my favorite elements from sci-fi and fantasy. I try to make my robots resemble the 1950s and 60s pulp sci-fi robots that I am inspired by. Glad you caught that element.

Greetings everyone. I am very excited to announce that in addition to the upcoming novelization of Star-Fall, we are launching a Star-Fall web comic! Star-Fall The Comic will feature an a all new cast and a story set 1,000 years in the past, the events of which will tie into the novelization. With the fantastic art of J. S. Loomis, the comic will be hand drawn and fully inked and colored, with new pages set to drop every 2 weeks or so. Gorgeous! Love the mini-rig too. Just awesome. Daggone this looks good on the front page. I love how you do the data card too. I had to add the logo and give it a purple border. I love the look of her holding her rig like a surf board.
She reminds me of Jennifer Anniston with purple hair. I used to crush bad on Jennifer Anniston.

I wanted to share a non-Star-Fall project that we hope to be launching as a VAST!comics title at some point soon called: B.U.N.N.Y. Squad.
The Bunnies are secret agents that fight global terrorism and look fine as heck while they do it. Inspired by the low budget movies of the 70s, Charlie's Angels, James Bond, and Totally Spies, the girls of B.U.N.N.Y. Squad all have their own specialties in the field and a boatload of high tech gadgets and gear. We'll be putting together a creative team to bring the Bunnies to the web this summer. @Tamer: Ah, I hadn't thought of Jen, but I can see their faces share some resemblances. Yes, to me she would pose for a racing announcement or in the winner's circle while holding her board that way. Long before I had even built the board I knew I wanted some shots of her holding it that way. Although, by far the most time consuming, the data cards are the most fun photos to work on.
@Bronxstalker: Thank you my friend. I really try to push myself to create original and unique figures unlike anything that we've already seen in sci-fi and pop culture.
@jon_k: Thank you. I am an obsessive perfectionist, so I push it to a crazy level in trying to get the most detail out of each figure. Thanks for noticing!

@Sjefke: Thank you again. No character is complete without their signature gear ;) Metal is my absolute favorite material and effect to create and paint. I like my universe to look well-worn, used, and with that perfect level of grime and rust on it, you know? So glad you like Slugg too!
@AjuntaPall: Thank you so much! Yes, female characters are a big favorite of mine too. You have some excellent characters as well, my friend. Aerys' head went through 2 versions. The first was an Ysanne Isard comic pack head, but she looked too old and angry and I botched the paint apps. So I resorted to a more youthful looking Marion Ravenwood head and Marvel Universe Pyslocke hair.
@Art deWhill: Thank you! Yes her Skyboard was a lot of fun to make but took a while and finding all the right parts was a bit of a headache. Settling for "Skyboard" was also a long struggle in trying to come up with the best name for her craft.
@huttman: Thank you very much! Yes, I have had those break-away droid wings for years now and making them into surfboards has been one of my favorite fodder repurposings that I've done. Glad you like my paint work. :D

Meet Payjiiana "Payj" Vadovaysiian. Payj was genetically engineered by her father, a famous warrior, to be the perfect squire to accompany him into battle and help carry his weapons and gear. She's also a gifted inventor, engineer, and tech-wiz. A few chapters down the road we'll see her run into Rrrouthaan and J'Vaadus and become one of the main heroes of the story.

Metra is a mysterious and deadly assassin with the ability to turn any object into a weapon. Obsessively goal oriented, she kills without regard to the lives she is taking. Her origins are mostly unknown, but it's rumored that she may not even be an organic lifeform at all, some say she's a robot while others believe she may be an angry spirit in possession of the body of a legendary warrior...

He's a high ranking Star-Cavalry officer and a SvvawkharR: an amphibtile species descended from one of the first ancient races to explore and chart the Altarus Star Cluster.
Lt. SssyveKk is the chief of security aboard Nef's supply ship, Dreamer's Burden. A strict but compassionate man, SssyveKk trains his officers to regard every member of the crew with an air of suspicion. No one is beyond scrutiny. No one is ever completely innocent. Everyone has something to hide. When there's a case afoot, you can trust SssyveKk and his security team to get to the bottom of it. "Ssssomeone issss ssssspending the night in the brig!"

Welcome to part 3 of the Star-Fall SDCC custom action figure tribute. Tonight we're introducing another male Star-Cavalry officer to the crew to round out our cast of characters. The Star-Cavalry ranks are comprised of 1000s of different species from 100s of star systems all working together to help safeguard the Altarus Starcluster.
T'ennick Taa Dvaan is a Gemling junior officer serving in the astronavigation corps aboard Nef's ship Dreamer's Burden. T'ennick was born to a military family on the smallest Gemling moon, Gemaan'Taa.

We're kicking off night 4 of the Star-Fall SDCC custom action figure tribute in the Dreamer's Burden medical bay. All long-flight Star-Cavalry starships have a medical bay where crewers can go for treatment for anything from stasis sickness to mortal wounds sustained in combat.
Since losing her right arm and leg in the line of duty, Nef makes regular visits to the medical bay for prosthesis maintenance and physical therapy to ensure she continues to make a full recovery. Because she's there so often, she's become friendly with the staff--especially Combat Doctor Myejka Kitfrost, a young battlefield medical officer and head of the combat trauma team. It was Myejka that helped Nef adjust to her first combat model prostheses when she returned to active duty status. From there the two became fast friends.

Night 5 of the Star-Fall SDCC custom tribute brings us to a character that we've seen briefly in the Star-Fall webcomic (http://www.imperialshipyards.net/starfall/index.html) on the cover of chapter 1.
Leyva "3-Tails" Heidaya is a Wayfarer Frontiersman and crewmate of J'Vaadus Nu. She introduces us to yet another new alien race, the Faundayrians an advanced spacefaring people descended from ancient burrowing rodents found in the Faund system. They were one of the non-human species to join the Wayfarers. For every time Leyva has been close to death she ties her the hair of her mane into another "tail".

Tonight is night 6 and our final night of the Star-Fall SDCC custom action figure tribute. We've been unveiling new custom action figure work from the series each night, and we've saved the best for last! We're bringing you the first HD look at the concept art for the first major villain to be featured in an upcoming Star-Fall story line.
Tastron Moloch, is a Tellassii Death Priest, an evil maejj and a weaver of foul maegicks, most unnatural. He wields the Staff of Envy and his headdress is bedecked with the preserved rotting skulls of the lineage of masters of his order of the Sha-Aall--the Daiieth Speikers. His breathing apparatus supplies him with a steady flow of vapors of the decayed which allow him to sustain his life indefinitely.

I apologize for the super long radio silence, but I'm happy to announce that after over 2 years away and lots of life changes, we're back with a new Star-Fall figure! Greetings ISY! Lot's has happened since I last posted, both personally and professionally, in my life. But I managed to squeeze in time to work up a new custom Star Wars figure that was a lot of fun to do. I rarely do 1:12 scale as you know, so this was a fun challenge. My (new-ish) girlfriend is a huge Star Wars fan and loves all things Mando, so for one of her Valentine's Day gifts, I surprised her with a custom version of herself as a Mandalorian! Her name is Sam (mine is too. What are the odds? Never tell me the odds!) and I call her Samdalorian haha. Her favorite color is purple and she likes to wear gold jewelry and has a nose ring. When asked what her armor would look like as a Mando she said it'd be dark purple with gold accents. She's a Sagittarius and likes archery (also loves Marvel's Hawkeye) so I created a compact bowcaster weapon for her. Her helmet has golden "teeth" in the cheek indents to fit her surname which has the word "bite" in it. Both heads are magnetic and I dremmelled out her collar and neck areas in her torso and embedded a magnet to make swapping out the heads easy. I'm a bit out of practice, so the eyes and face were a bit rough, but I got the metal nose ring in place (after a good long struggle with tiny pieces of chain) and got the figure to a place where I was alright with it, and she loved it, which is all that matters!

Wow. Its been a while! Nice to see you drop in. The custom looks great. The paint job is fantastic. I know how fussy those chain links can be, so kudos on your patience. I don't track 6" figures, but is a great head. Is it from a pre-existing figure, or a custom print? The bow caster is a nice touch and really looks good.

@RC-1136: Thank you! Oof, that was the trickiest part! I've done the same kinds of piercings (with pieces of chain) on 3.75" that were somehow much easier. Nearly gave up on it. She loves it! She's a big geek and loves comics and Star Wars and scifi/fantasy/horror/noir... it's never difficult sharing what you love with someone who loves you for who you are. If people get awkward about your hobbies, then they probably aren't your people ;)

Thank you for all of your amazing encouragement and feedback! It's always greatly appreciated! The custom momentum continues to flow and I just finished another custom Mandalorian. I plan to make myself as a Mando to join my girlfriend's Mando on our shelves (as soon as Hasbro releases the 6" Death Watch Mando figure). In the meantime I figured it'd be fun to make us some villains to face off against together. I was really impressed by Hasbro's work on their Bad Batch figures. Not perfect, but overall, really high quality and smartly engineered for Hasbro Black Series. I especially like the Wrecker figure. So much so that I thought it'd work nicely as a base for a heavy Mandalorian character. I really like all the scarring and battle damage they added, instead of just painting a few places with paint-wear, they actually put a bunch of scrapes and slices and slashes into the body. Couple that with some parts from the Heavy Infantry/Paz Vizsla figure and voila! A new take on a big bruiser of a Mandalorian warrior...
I present Klaev Viddek, a Mandalorian warlord and big game hunter. When he's not conquering planets and plundering cities with his band of marauding Mandos, he hunts fearsome fauna across the galaxy. The bigger and meaner the monster, the better. He wears the scars of his numerous battles and hunts with pride and has adorned his armor and helmet with the teeth, claws, and tusks from some of the creatures he's taken down. I had a lot of fun putting this one together and adding all the scoring, scarring, damage, bones, wear, dirt, grime and weathering to it. Thanks for looking and your feedback is always appreciated!

WOW! Just a couple days ago I thought about of how I could repaint my Credit Collection Paz Vizsla figure, which I got cheap for 15€ in damaged packaging. First of all I really like all the mods you added to your Klaev Viddek (awesome name and story btw!). And the paint job you gave him looks spectacular! Reminds me of a Blood Angel of Warhammer 40k.
The details on his backpack and skirt alone look beyond impressive! I'm here jumping more than sitting on my chair. You totally amaze my with this custom figure, Sir.

@Darth More: Thank you! I feel like some figures are just begging to be made into customs. Yes I thought about the WH40K similarities as I was creating Klaev. It should be no surprise that I collected and played the Blood Angels way back when haha. Klaev's armor feels a bit like a Chaos Blood Angel crossover Space Marine. One of my favorite things about the Star Wars universe is the way things look used and lived-in. This time I added some charred effects to his jetpack to make it look like he's made many flights without cleaning it. Thanks again for your feedback and support! I haven't listened to that band yet, but I'll check them out next time I'm in my studio. Always appreciate music recommendations!

Something I learned while doing the Sandalorian customs I made years ago that combined Tuskens and Mandos. A little definitely goes a long way. Otherwise they're walking porcupine pincushions who can't move without stabbing themselves or someone else haha. And Mandos are all about functionality over needless style and flair. I used the shotgun weapon from the Force Awakens Chewie for the base of the weapon and added one of the handles from the Heavy Mando repeating blaster, and the grip and trigger from a Stormtrooper DLT20A.

I knew I wanted to do more than one villain for my gf's Mando character, and I knew I wanted at least one of them to be a female Mando. So while I was finishing up Klaev Viddek, I got the idea to do a female counterpart in the same, or a similar style as Klaev. While they look very similar in their armor colors and designs, I wanted the female villain to be a bit more extreme and evil than Klaev. Although she's not a regular member of his crew, she has worked with and for him on multiple occasions and it's possible that they're members of the same Mando clan. I wanted her to have a particularly sinister and scary look to her armor so I drew inspiration from raptors and other birds of prey. I also added a lot of physical battle damage to her armor with a variety of tools to create some real dents, scrapes, cuts, and gouges.
Meet Rael Kyvvith, a mysterious and brutal Mandalorian assassin. While not much is known about who she actually is, her reputation precedes her and strikes fear into the hearts of other Mandalorians and those with bounties on their heads. Especially those that are worth more dead. Not many know her real name, but most denizens of the galactic underworld have heard nightmarish tales attributed to some of her spookier monikers. "Bloodbird," "Crimson Tanager," "The Scarlet Harpy," and "The Bonehawk" being just a few. They're often the last words on an unlucky soul's lips before they're dragged off into the shadows and never seen again. Hopefully you'll never have to meet her... or maybe she's already hunting you and--wait, what's that behind you?? ;)

Can you ever have enough Mandalorians? Nope! So here we go with another new Mando figure. Since doing the custom Mando for my girlfriend, I have (and she has too) wanted to do my own custom figure to join hers on the shelves and go on adventures together. Initially I was waiting until the release of the Black Series Death Watch Mandalorian, because his helmet has the best sculpt for the style I wanted to use. But those figures are slated to be released in 2023 (though some folks are finding them sooner, lucky ducks!) and I didn't want to wait that long. So I decided I'd get to work on the body and wait for the right head to eventually arrive. Then I realized I could probably use the helmet from a Mandalorian Loyalist figure as a good stand-in. I think I actually like it better than the Death Watch style, there are a lot of Mando helmets with range-finders, and it's kind of neat to see another without one. And I can always make an alternate helmet once the DW figures arrive. I also have plans to do an un-helmeted head as well, but I was too excited not to share the figure as it is now. I used 2 shades of my favorite color for the armor.
I present, Elu-Sam Dannis, a wandering Mandalorian bounty hunter. While he has mostly kept to himself as he made his way through the galaxy, that changed when, tracking down a target for a greedy hutt, he came across Samsa B'ite and her clan of Mandalorians on a remote world. Samsa had tracked and cornered the fugitive and Elu-Sam got the drop on both of them. After sparring and grappling over the bounty the two hunters came to an agreement. They'd both turn in the target and split the payout. Elu-Sam transported the fugitive back to the hutt lord, and then returned with Samsa's half of the bounty. She invited him into her clan's hideout and Elu-Sam was welcomed into their clan by their leader, and self-proclaimed Mandalore The Rectifier. Elu and Samsa now often hunt targets together and bring their earnings back to the clan to help them rebuild.

@Moronarama: Thank you for your kind words! That's exactly what I was going for with my villains. I wanted them to be brutal and merciless, something we may not see on screen from Disney, but that embodies the Mandalorian warrior's skills and weapons to an even more extreme level.
Alright, it's time for another custom Mando to join this ever-growing clan! I keep showing my girlfriend my works in progress, which she enjoys, and she keeps telling me how glad she is that I started making customs again, because it makes me happy too. So with her support and those good vibes in mind, I've now got 6 WIPs on my table in my studio. Here's a quicker addition to my gf's clan ranks that was a lot of fun to do and didn't take too long. I didn't add any physical damage to her armor this time and just painted on the wear and tear. I used a GI Joe Classified Scarlett body (which I've seen a lot of others use successfully for Mandos) and it gave her a taller, thinner, almost CW animated series look. I added a sniper scope to her rangefinder and used an old PoTF2 EE-3 (I think?) blaster rifle for her primary weapon.
Here's Tellah Dallin, Mandalorian sniper and one of the dedicated defenders of Mandalore The Rectifier's clan. Not much is known about her, but if her teal and turquoise armor is any indication, she's seen more than her fair share of combat. It's said she hails from an aquatic world orginally and painted her armor as a tribute to the blue-green oceans she once swam in.

I like that color scheme, it looks fantastic! The range finder with scope is really cool (at least that's what I'm assuming it is?) I would love to see her with a long rifle of some kind as part of her equipment. Great figure, for sure.

@Starchaser: Thank you! Yep that's a sniper scope integrated into her rangefinder. I thought about giving her a long gun, but I liked the idea that with the rangefinder, any weapon essentially becomes a sniper rifle for her.

Garcen Curr, a Mandalorian veteran encased in heavy beskar armor, is equipped to survive the harshest environments. He wields a spray rifle that shoots streams of highly corrosive acid, strong enough to eat through plasteel and durasteel. While it is less effective against beskar, it has no trouble eating through the fabrics of most flight suits and flak jackets. What good is beskar armor if your flesh is blistering and peeling under it? He also carries his own oxygen supply on his back that connects to a valve on his helmet. He fights for Mandalore The Rectifier and often gives tactical advice, based on his experience across numerous battles.

@Tamer Thank you! I busted out an old fabrication/sculpture technique I came up with in high school to make the slime effect. Hot glue squeezed into water to create forms without them getting stuck to another surface or burning your hands, then applying more glue to the frame and using the water to quickly cool what you've added/shaped. Kind of like forging metal haha. Among other things, I've used the technique to create the tentacles for a life-size jellyfish.

The Mandos continue with a new villain joining Klaev Viddeck's ranks. This character was inspired by some elements of Japanese demons, specifically Oni and Yokai and the popular masks and designs depicting them in Japanese culture. I felt the red armor and white bone elements of Kalev's crew worked very well with the typical depiction of Japanese demons with red skin, big sharp protruding teeth, and horns.
Furui Kyoryu (Old Dinosaur), is a strange Mandalorian to say the least. A headhunter and assassin, he has adorned his helmet with the tusks, teeth, and horns of dozens of creatures he's hunted and killed over his extensive career. He resembles a terrifying dragon and cuts a bone-chilling silhouette wherever he goes. He also wears the face-plates cut from the skulls of two twin aliens that double-crossed him, with their own horns and finger bones protruding from their empty eye sockets on his shoulder armor to serve as a warning to anyone else that might think about making the same mistake. Over the years he adapted his armor to fit two functional droid arms that give him twice the lethal dexterity of most two-armed beings. It also makes him look menacingly alien. Skilled with most weapon types, he's never unarmed, and can readily dispatches multiple targets at once. In addition to blaster pistols and a beskar sword, he wields a large vibro-scythe that he uses to behead beings that don't need to be taken in alive. He's been shot, blown up, spaced, and set on fire and he still keeps coming after his targets. Some say he's a droid, while others claim there's no one under his armor but a vengeful spirit of the Mandalorian it once belonged to. Some kind of horrifying ghost or demon!

The most recent one looks exotic for the SW universe, but I like this style - more Warhammer vibes.
The two extra arms are a nice touch indeed as well as the deco on the shoulder armor.
Garcen Curr is the one I find super cool, especially the way you modified his helmet! Great choice of colors and some interesting weapon there!
Tellah Dallin enjoys an awesome combination of colors! Love how she turned out and also the way you make their armor look mat.
