Well we fortunately will have none other than Dayton Allen aka Sith Fire 30 with us this coming Thursday evening (10/3) around 6:15PM Eastern to talk about customizing and his latest work and just news in general.
Some of his ALIEN work is just really mind boggling, but be sure to click this link:

as we will be in there trying to get to all the great work since we last talked with the Custom Master. If you have questions be sure to get em on in here or the Social Stream and we really enjoyed all the live posting and questions we had in our social stream area last time.

Getting ready to post the completed podcast on the front page. Stay tuned for the notes I took during the cast. Lots of great molding and casting info in this one.
Thanks Dayton!

I was busy trying to take a few notes as he related his latest casting and molding info. Its not perfect by a long shot, but might give you a starting point:
Smooth On.com
Mold Star 15
Mold Boxes created out of matte board
dickblick.com
good for two or three pours
casting material is smooth on
resin he is using smooth cast 320 (fast setting off white resin)
you can also use that to pigment your resin you are pouring
uses a baby feeder syring to pour the resin (will last twenty or more pours)
four molds per two minute pot life
Smooth On Crystal 200 (use outside with gloves) like tear gas
Ignite Green (reacts to blacklight)
Make sure you create some air escapes in your mold (especially in greater detail)
Mold will get slimy when it needs replaced.
