I couldn't help but think of your post when I saw that news story last week about how Hasbro cleared the widest ever profit margin last year, 20 million or something like that?

FYI, there are some decent sales going on here right now. I just placed my first ever order this week. I finally caved and ordered the 2 TCW Battle Packs which never came out here : Holocron Heist and Jedi Showdown. There were both on sale for $19.99. Together with shipping, after applying the secret code for rebate (SW2010), my order only came to $46.15. That's cheaper than you could find them in any brick and mortar retail outlet, you know, if they had ever actually bothered to ship these.

So I ordered some figures and comic packs yesterday to fill some holes in my collection and this morning I was awoken by the fedex man incessantly ringing my doorbell (did he know what was in the package?) So sure enough it was everything I'd ordered (4 comic packs, 4 single pack figures) all in the same box. Maybe this was a fluke? I never was given any shipping options on the site, as I usually choose the cheapest option, and there was no mention of "next day delivery". Maybe I live near a hasbro DC? Anyway I'm impressed with the speed of the transaction!

I ordered off of HTS.com a while back to get the arc trooper battlepack and had it shipped standard. Well I waited and waited and the box never came so I called their customer support and told them the issue. They shipped a replacement via next day delivery and I had it the next day. Long story short, the FedEx guy delivered it to the wrong house and a few days later the original shipment showed up on my doorstep. So I called HTS again and told them about the misunderstanding and offered to ship back the duplicate order, but they just told me to keep it. I've had nothing but good things to say about HTS, but FedEx constantly fails to deliver my orders on time. Not just toys, but books or dvds or pretty much anything. I so wish they would change their delivery service to UPS...

Hts had sent my SDCC jabba fedex requiring a sig for me to get it.
As the wife and I both work for a living, they have attempted delivery 3 times without us being here.

Got a slip from fedex stating that after three attempts to deliver jabba, they have put it in a holding facility in kc and that I apparently have to make arrangements online, or over the phone "oh god" for me to pick it up, I would guess.

Well, I don't really care to fight through a phone call and I notice that
Their minimum email response time of 24 hours had exceeded its parameter by three days now.
Will I get my jabba? Will I get my money back?, how a bout a response from the always reliable team at hasbro?
I don't see that they care as much about it as I do.
I did use Paypal for payment. Perhaps a transaction dispute will goad them into some sort of corrective action.
