What is the largest size figure you will make a card for? I have an idea formulating, but is an Ever After High Doll (12") too big?

Forgive me if I missed it, but what's your price for a card and bubble?  And does the buyer have a way to glue the bubble on? In other words, they don't have to send you the figure.
