This is a very smart way to greatly improve neck articulation!

"Effing brilliant" is an understatement!  Kudos to the original customizer and MANY thanks to Kurgan for bringing it over here.  Now, to figure out a way to pull it off without using up an arm in the process...

I'd suggest using a small figure's ankle joint instead of an elbow...  And for us customizers, or at least for me, I know that I kill enough figures that I have plenty of extra joints that will never be used to do something like this with...  it's a great idea and I look forward to implementing it on a custom soon.
