I have been working on this motion photo-comic on and off for quite some time now. Just thought I would share what I have so far, maybe get some feedback. Thanks.

KessleRun, thank you so much for posting this here.
This is by far my favourite piece of creative work I've seen this year. I will go so far as to say I don't think I've seen anything that comes close. You have done a superb job and I enjoyed every second of this marvellous movie.
It's on the front page...I hope that people enjoy it as much as I did...
WOW!

loved it so much!

very well done. Were all those figures stock figs photoed and then manipulated into the video? I think I noticed a customized ahsoka as well as yoda maybe? did the stock fig have the soft goods cape? i can't remember...
anyways, I like it. how long did it take to create? did you take multiple shots of every figure and reuse them or did you pose each frame? what program did you use for the composition?
sorry... i'm full of questions.

looks like HB beat me to the front page. Awesome, now I have to wait till I get home to see it! I hate firewalls at work!

That was really cool, I can not wait to see more.
hurry, hurry, hurry I NEED PART 2, LOL

Thanks to everyone for checking it out. Very glad you enjoyed it.
Spudafett, let's see if I can answer your questions...
1. The only customized figure is Ahsoka, the same one that appears in my other photo-comic, a link to it is on my Star wars page:
http://www.ciurla.com/starwars (http://www.ciurla.com/starwars)
2. Yoda is as is out of the package.
3. It took a very long time to create, months of a little here a little there. The 3D sequences took the longest since I created the models for the ships myself .
4. Some poses are reused. I have most of the graphics together for the rest of the story where some of the poses have been reused.
5. Programs: Photoshop, Maya 2010, After Effects, and iMovie. The AE and Maya were 30 day trials, so that presents a slight problem finishing the rest.

I love what you've done here, KesselRunImports . The music went beautifully with the settings, and everything was gorgeous. Great job!
