Whenever I need to remove acrylic paints, I use disinfectant solutions. It works well on acrylic paint! And according to SpectorCreative on YouTube, Hasbro also use acrylic paints, but they much more resistant than hobby paints. And they are not affected by disinfectants. I recently used a mild one on this Rebel Pilot helmet and it worked perfectly!

The Rebel Alliance emblem was so well applied in blue that I thought it wasn't modified at first glance.

But on the back it was visible that this helmet was repainted.
So I decided to remove the paint to see if it was a missing helmet of my recent lot of 3.75" pilots.

It was very easy to remove the paint gently with a cotton swap.

And if disinfectant solution doesn't work, you can also use this more aggressive stuff: Smart Strip - Advanced Paint Remover. Found this short video on YouTube today. It looks like it also bleaches resin a bit.
A cheap tooth brush is a smart tool for this task in any case.
If you need to remove enamel paint, you can also use acetone or a cleaning detergent for brushes.
