very very cool.  loved it.   The only problem I had with it, and it's a very minor one, is the background of the moon's surface when padme and the arf trooper find the battle droid looks VERY cg.  Everything else looks great.

awesome storyline as well.  Completely in line with the episodes of the clone wars.  I found myself actually believing that it was from an actual episode.  The lines for the characters were spot on.  You got obi-wan's speech patern down perfect, and ahsoka's playful wit as well.  great job all around.

hope to see more, and more customs!

Kesselrunimports,

Really superb, a well written and polished production, I really loved the presentation method. I loved the Padme costume dialogue, adding humour in that way was very clever.

The way you presented the novel reminded me very much of Niktoms work, and it was his style above all others that influenced me to produce my own piece of work. Your story telling was another highlight, it read like a Clone Wars Episode, I could even hear the character's voices in my head. You really have done a wonderful job of creating excitement and suspense and it is the  key to a great photonovel.

I really cannot offer any criticism's it is the effort and imagination that is the important thing, especially as I am fully aware of the amount of work involved in producing a photonovel. Everyone who goes to all of the effort to write, build, customise, photograph and edit a photonovel deserves support from the wider community.

As I said before, having a new face in the photonovel forums is very exciting for me and I hope it will inspire more people to try their hand at it.

Well done on a fantastic first chapter and I really hope to see more.

All the best,

Jules

Great comic, KRI.  Did you make both the camo ARF Trooper and the trooper standing next to Ponds?

I am at work today so I haven't viewed all of it, but great so far. I updated the front page news story with the link. Wow I can't wait to find more time to see the rest!

The ARF Trooper is Captain Dingo, one of my custom jobs. The other Senate clone is a BARC trooper who was altered post-photography.

Thanks everyone for your comments.

man now I'm wanting to do something like this.  Maybe feature my speeder gang in it or something!? I am getting a new computer today and should be able to get a good photoediting software uploaded onto it so I may have to talk to dawn about doing this.

I got through the rest of this at work ( I am not supposed to be on non work sites, but I couldn't help myself) and just loved the style this was done. I don't see why someone doesn't snap you up at Dark Horse to do the writing on the regular comics. Wouldn't it be cool if they would make real comics with the figures like this! I too liked that Camo trooper. Just well done all around. Thank you for sharing it with us.

For me any kind of Star Wars related job would be a dream come true. Right now most of the work I do is for stuff like insurance companies, health care services, and network service providers. Not a lightsaber or starship to be found in it anywhere, so in a way doing this comic was a nice vacation. Thanks again to everyone for your comments.

Very nice job KRI! Great story, I loved the images and the writing. My son liked it as well, he is 6 and says you have a cool Capt. Rex. his is the lighter blue version. haha funny this kid has an eye like his dad. So are you working on the next chapter? We can't wait to see what happens...
