Hey gang!!

Thanks for the continued kind words - I've just come back from a months vacation in Australia hence the lack of any updates!

I will however be snapping some pics of the finished marines in the next few days (If I can knock up a sort of dio!) In the mean time here's a new figure. I've built her over the last two days in an effort to cure my jet lag!!  ;D

She is another character who will appear in my RPG. Her name is  "Tunaka Shaal" a Teenage Journeyman Protector in-training.

And here she is with her ship, "The Angry Jawa."

The base figure is a Dragon Ball Z "Bulma" that I picked up in a discount store for about $3 - I liked the head sculpt so much that I bought a second figure for a later project. The armour and pouches are Clint's resin work, softened and remoulded to fit her smaller frame. The blaster is a vintage repro. The pack is from an animated debut Boba.

This is the first Mando AND first painted SW helmet that I've tried!!

All the best!

Ray

You have done an escelent job of "hiding" that figure behind her armor, pouches and gear! She looks great but I have one suggestion. You should cut off the tabs on the side of the leg armor and glue them on. They look a bit big for those small legs. Just one small thing I think would improve your figure but don't get me wrong I really like her! Female mando's are so hot right now! Great work!

Hey LS

Thanks for the tips - I will take you up on them!

Removing the tabs is something I considered (I did it with the same pieces on my Colonial Marines.) But for some reason didn't get round to it with this figure - it must be the jet lag!!!  ;D

Cheers again

Ray, I need at least one of these Bulma heads.
How can I twist your arm to make you help me get one?

She looks great!  I love the extra belt pouches and holster you added.  but her ship has gotta take the cake!  I just love the "Angry Jawa"; I can't even remember the last time I saw one those ships!

Light side, dark side...meh.  Just give me a lightsaber and a blaster and I'll take care of it!

"Is this gonna be a stand-up fight, sir, or just another bug hunt?"  Private William Hudson.

Dude, your Colonial Marines and a marathon of all four Alien movies have me stoked to try my hand at a squad of "bug hunters".  I hope you don't mind...I won't be copying your work, but I am definetly inspired by it.
