The Kobok
« on: January 13, 2010, 08:45:28 PM »
INFO: The Kobok were yellow skinned bipedal insectoid people that had three compound eyes (one of which was on the back of their head) and stood two meters in height.

RACE: Kobok
HEIGHT: 1.3 to 1.8 Meters Tall
SKIN: Yellow
DISTINCTION: Three eyes, deadly stingers
LANGUAGE: Kobothi

HOMEWORLD:
Koboth was the solar flare-scoured Kobok homeworld. It had six continents, seas, the Kuurok Peninsula, and rocky islands. It was headquarters of Kobothi S-Corps.

BIOLOGY AND APPEARANCE:
They were natives of the Outer Rim Territories planet Koboth, but had spread to other worlds in Kobothi Space. The coloration of their carapace depended on which region of their homeworld the Kobok came from. For example, the Kobok from the Kuurok Peninsula were known to have a dark green to black carapace. The spines on their arms were filled with a serum that could knock a Human unconscious. They also possessed venomous claws and a deadly stinger.

CULTURE AND HISTORY:
The governing body of the Kobok was the Koboth Union. The elite military of the Kobok was the Kobothi S-Corps.

Common Kobok names included Kasj, Koas, Slis, and Tiska. A notable Kobok was Governor Gaff. He honed his skills as a bounty hunter, assassin and spy and often wore a Koboth Insurgent Mantle, although it was not known if Gaff actually participated in the Mavvan Conflict. Gaff eventually returned to Roon, where he allied himself with Governor Koong.
