Read this over at hisstank.com
Apparently Joe has a new brand manager at the big H this year who claims that the brand will be " alive and well" in 2015

That Joe con he mentions where we might get to see something new isn't until April.
In between this news and all of the episode 7 stuff that will be hitting later in the year, I think that things are looking up for us, fellers.

I was reading something about a new six inch Snake Eyes from Hasbro?
-
Not confirmed
-
Thats it! Coolio. Can you imagine the combining with Star War Figures for new customs! I gotta wonder if their movement will be on part or better than the articulation on the three and three quarter inch figures. One would assume so anyhow.
-
I would be doomed to buy those, you know?

I would be doomed to buy those, you know?
Yeah, I figure so. I might even get into a few of em.

Got this Joecon 2015 Hasbro Presentation Booth update from hisstank.com
Don't have long to wait now. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on this one as its lines popularity affects the sw lines, and not neccessarily in a bad way.
Big H seems a bit excited about the Joe line compared to last years almost "forget me" last min composure.

And the real push of the line isn't to occur until GI Joe 3 comes out?
Looks like a good mix of rehashed stuff mixed in with a few concept case items and new sculpts like last years line but bigger. I believe they are sticking with the 50th Ann packaging for now and it is to be TRU exclusive for this year again. Don't know about the gi Joe 3 line in that regard. I would imagine that line would get a broader release.
Thought I had heard something about an EE exclusive release also. I'll have to look into that.
Makes me happy.

I am at least glad there will be some JOE presence on the pegs. I look for SW to dominate the aisle next year as far as action figures go. You need the JOE Figs to be able to add arty to the SW Figs! Thanks for the info Clint. I think Dan has an image gallery up on our Facebook Page of these too.
-
Pretty cool, I see some nice bare arms for customs. Some of the repaints are lame, like Blowtorch. How many times are they going to give us Blowtorch?!
-
Did anyone read that interview that Derryl DePriest did about the continued JOE line? I thought it was very informative about what we are gonna see in the future for JOE as well as other Hasbro AF Lines.
-
He did talk the line up pretty well.
Got a distribution hiccup to report.
Last week, toysrus.com put the whole line up for sale/preorder and pretty much sold out in 30 min of all but the lowliest peg warmers which were gone by the next day.
From what I can tell, the 4 stores within driving range of me have not gotten any new joe product shipments since the online sellout.
They had been getting a case or two per truck per store twice a week up to that point.
4 stores, 8 trucks, no joe shipments.
Seems to me that the inventory for the stores was plundered for the online side.
How about something for the brick and mortar joe shoppers, TRU?

My local stores have a decent supply of the new releases. I saw them at 2 different TRUS and each one had at least 2 cases of each item.

May just be a Midwest thing, Dan.
Really only looking for the two hot items right now.
Rock rampage and the gung ho pack.
They will come around and hang around, I'm sure. That is the good thing about tru exclusives. They tend to have some staying power on the shelves.
