Hey guys I was hoping you could help me out. My brother bought a Gung-Ho and Cobra Commander comic pack and the Gung-Ho has no mustache! Is this a rare figure or what?

I would vemture to say yes does it have the mold for it and it just isnt colored in or is it just a diffrent head?

It has the mold for it, but they just totally didn't paint it.
