Thanks guys. This is another figure I started by painting the whole thing flat black. Then not really dry brushing but putting very little paint on the brush, hitting highlighted/raised areas first then brushing it towards lower areas in the sculpt. Also leaving areas of black to show through to bring out the sculpt. Then I gave the lower legs a wash in black then brown.
