Hi fellow shipyarders,

For those of you who have already seen the previous Darkchild photonovel, this is where I'll be posting all Work In Progress images for the re-worked 1st chapter, and for any subsequent chapters.

Since starting the novel, my photoshop skills have moved forward, so just for fun I'm going back through the story and updating things a little. It's also a chance for me to re-brand the story as from now on it will only be featured here at IMPERIAL SHIPYARDS and in Video format on YouTube.

I'd also like to invite customisers the opportunity to showcase their work here. I can use images of customs and integrate them into the story, there is no need to send me customs. One thing I must stress, I do require quality images from customisers, so please only apply if you can supply good quality photos.

If you keep an eye on my Avtars, they will be changing each time I have a new teaser image. I don't want to give too much away right now but a small 100 x 100 image should wet your appetite.

I have to thank Jay (Wraith9) who'll be offering me his services as Research Advisor and also contributing to future story direction. I would lastly like to say that this will be  a long term project and ideas, comments or suggestions are most welcome.

I'll shortly be deleating all the Darkchild chapters in preparation for a re-release.

great news buddy!! looking forward to seeing the rework images mate!!! i would offer you some of my customs but i dont have many, or any for that matter to use in your storys but if you need ships or anything i have them all on hand on display in my room so if youi see any thing you like in my collection thread...let me know...

I must admit I took the liberty of copying the code. I am gonna see if there is any way we can make this the standard font for the Yards. It looks great.

That's quite an understatement  ;). You've fast become a master at it, Jules. Should you wish to use any of my customs, I'd be honoured to provide some quality shots. Ever since I bought my DSLR, photography has really become a serious new hobby of mine.

I like the Century Gothic font. It's easier to read than the current one. Tahoma and Verdana aren't too bad either, though  :)
