Cool, rodger! I like how the one stairway is angled, this time. This one looks bigger than #3 was. What is the total length and width of that bad boy?
-
Rodger, how much time has it taken you to do this so far? As I have done a small bit of woodworking myself I can't even imagine. Man, what great tools you must have too. Awesome stuff!
-
I'm sure envious of Rodger's tools too ^^
-
What is the total length and width of that bad boy?
It's 46" wide, 10.5" tall, and 9" deep.

I haven't really timed it. I've been spending alot of time on shop improvements and rearranging for a small production run. ;)
Here's some old and new picks of the band stage...

Nice part pics there, Rodger. About how many of these scenes/dios/displays do you produce per year if you don't mind me asking?
-
Is this MDF or 'real wood' ?
-
Is this MDF or 'real wood' ?
Some of everything. MDF with real wood reinforcement. The side brackets are plywood and the back is Luan.

Pretty slick looking, Roger! I like how you hid that power cord.
The tie fighter shelf 2 turned out pretty awsome. You should show us some completed pics.
-
great looking stuff as usual. I second Clint's idea of completed tie shelf pics.

Awesome shots Rodger. Wow, I love that top addition to the shelf with the computer components and extras. Simply amazing. You ever think about doing a walker shelf along those lines? Something up top like that tie shelf and then something like a lower shelf that goes around the troop transport and head canopy area? I am quite narrow in my focus though I must admit. LOL. I am gonna have to pm you about a few idears I have so as not to "jack" your thread.
That being said, can't wait to see what you are working on next. I love the though of being able to buy a few of your goodies too. Thanks for the update!
-
That is one sharp piece, Rodger! Have you thought of doing one for the bigger winged ties like they sold at TRU last year?
-
Sorry All but outside forces have kept me outa the shop (wood working that is) for about a month ina half. :(
I hope to get back on track soon. I'll be on the bar experiments and mantle pieces for Cantina 4.
