Hello from Jaxon Starkiller
« on: October 31, 2012, 05:46:53 PM »
Hello, I am new to the shipyards. I am the son of Luke Sprywalker. I am a huge expanded universe and TFU fan. I enjoy legos, action figures and costuming.

Welcome jaxon, you're probably a chip off the old block, and i'm sure you have your own style as well. I too like making costumes. I try to make batman villian costumes as apposed to star wars costumes. One star wars costume could cost hundreds,if not thousands of dollers to make it look good,so when I attend a star wars convention,I tend to just go as myself, but a comic themed con I'll try to do one of the batman villians which is a lot cheaper, and a little easier to make, but still just as fun. Hope to see some of your work here soon. Awesome that you've joined, and I loved that starkiller costume. All the best to you,and spry, who is a big insperation to me here, and one of the first customizers I turned to for ideas when I first started doing customs a few years ago,and still do. ;D

Thanks everyone. I do enjoy making these costumes but my dad does most of the work. I hope we can make another version of Starkiller next Halloween.
