 Did not know where to post this. Bought this little guy yesterday for $2.00
The guy could not tell me much about him. he thought he came out of a comic pack, not sure.
Can anyone tell me his name and story?

kinda bummed, was hoping he was someone else, cause he does not look to much like him.
