Title: Meijer Stores
Post by: Phatty on October 28, 2009, 12:34:42 PM
If any of you have a Meijer store near you (I think Fred Meyer stores are related, though not sure), you need to go to one NOW!  They're having a sale this week; Star Wars, Marvel Universe, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and G.I. Joe Figures are $5, and sales on the rest of the items from those lines.  The Shadow ARC-170 and Y-Wing are $58.11, and the Clone Turbo Tank is only $75!  That's $24.99 off!  That's one hell of a sale, if you ask me!  My store only had one Turbo Tank left, and I'm trying to figure out why I haven't gone back to buy it yet!

Do they have a store-locator on their website?  That would almost be worth a serious drive!  (assuming I had some serious $$ to spend on figs...)

So... only in 5 states??  Bummer.  I'm not exactly planning a trip to any of them any time soon.

Wow, that sucks!  I didn't know it was such a small chain of stores!

Well, the way WalMart home-office is screwing things around, Meijer's may have phenomenal expansion potential in the near future...

Man, if you ever got to Meijer, you'll see, walmart can't compete.

Our meiher in louisville was the size of like 8 super centers..its own petshop, liquor store, and full service deli.

Like a mega mart.
