Nice to hear you will be making the whole thing and very ambitious indeed. I know you can do it, it is only a matter of time. Nice update with the floor coloring and thanks for the workstation shot. There is a separate thread where everyone is sharing picks of their work bench you should check it out and post there too.

if your making the whole thing you will need half of your garage to have room to set that bad boy up, i love what you have done so far JT
a splendid job on the floor it looks a lot better now..... not that it looked bad before ....it really brings it to life
i might have missed it when reading this forum is this for the BMF? ...if so then i take it back ...you going to need the whole garage to set it up lol

A well-built sniper rifle is a beautiful thing. Ours has two zoom modes, "Up close and personal" and "Hello, you're dead

I'm using the BMF for the Docking bay I'm going to make it in 4 pieces and then put all of them together to make the whole.

Ok - this is already incredibly awesome to look at!  How'd you put stuff together?  We need DETAILS!  What glue?  What paint?  How many layers?  How thin?  How quickly did you spread it?  You know, the important stuff.

Seriously - gorgeous work.  And whatever you can share about the construction processes, I'd LOVE to read them.
