Wow, forgot to scroll down and look at the new AM. He looks good too. I know one thing you either upgraded your camera or have these in a light both or something. Your pictures are flawless.

Shawn, thanks buddy! You are correct, Imade a light box that cost me nothing. One cardboard box, 2 desk lamps and steal some thin curtains from the wife, take pics and put them back!

I have been doing some sculpting and painting so this next one took a bit longer than I originaly thought. I also got side tracked on this piece of fodder I found at the thrift store Friday. It was some sort of electronic Power Rangers thing and the outside of it is shaped like a small skiff about 4-5" long. I removed the battery pack then what would be the floor. I have made a new floor out of some scrap styrene so it will be really thin as the sides are a little short. I also had to cut out the top so figures would fit inside and sanded the whole thing down Friday evening. Long story short, when I can make time to take photos I should have a pretty decent update for you guys. Stay tuned...

Remember the Twilek Mando? I have switched out his arms to bulk him up a bit as he is pretty tall. He comes in a little over 4 inches, I like figures of varied heights.

I am trying out skin tones and have settled on this one. Any input?

Back to my CW Pirates and Smugglers, here is a pic of the sculpting stage.

and here he is finished I just need to add his blasters.

I have also switched out the heads on 2 of the previous WIPs.

and a new Jedi, NPKB.

The Mando is looking very good...I think the skin color is pretty close to perfect as is.  I'd probably go a bit darker, maybe mixing in some grey or another light wash over the skin tone you have (but that's just my preference).  I think I saw that you finished this helmet awhile back...a nice used metallic look, for sure.

I'm really liking the pirate that uses the CW Obi-Wan head that you shaved down, used a couple of different arms for a varied look.  Looking very good so far!

Light side, dark side...meh.  Just give me a lightsaber and a blaster and I'll take care of it!

Definite improvement on your Twi'lek's arms, they really stand out well on him.  As for his skin tone, it is very rich, very vivid, and I like it!  I think I see a bit of darkening shading on his tentacles, but perhaps a little more?

As for the 2nd figure, your Smuggler, his chest guard looks great, but his legs look way too skinny.  He looks like he'll have a hard time getting around without falling on his face!  His upper legs need to be bulked out more, maybe his stance widened.

Great updates!

That Twi'lek Mando is awesome. I feel the need for tribal tats on the lekku, but that's just me.
