Hi All,

Imperial Remnant Trooper 1:12 scale from concept art on google.

Recipe.

Trooper - is the trooper from the Mandalorian series and is from Hasbro's Black series line and I trimmed down his bicep and thigh armour to fit the shirt and pants which are from GPSLOT on Ebay and I trimmed them down so they would fit the figure. I dyed the clothes and once dry gave them a light brown dry brush and the scarf is some old cloth I had in my parts box and the garters where made using another piece of cloth in the parts parts and then painted.

The belt is a Jango Fett belt with holsters removed and then I added different pouches and pieces from the parts box, the weapon was made using different weapon parts form the Black series line with some plastic and plastic rod added and the sling is a piece of pleather with strips of baby wipes added.

Base - is high density foam cut to size and the blaster is an old Bandai blaster I had in my parts box and the helmet in the sand was from an older project which was painted and weathered.
The sand was done my mixing spakfilla with blended potty mix and mixed and applied to the base and while it was still wet I sprinkled fine sand over it and then painted it.

Nice job on the remnant Stormtrooper! The shade of blue looks spot on also for the 501st Legion!
Weathering and highlights on the armor look awesome, I like the overall dull finish you gave him.

Hi All,

Remnant Trooper Version 2, 1:12 scale.

Recipe.

Trooper - is from Hasbro's 6" Black series as is the poncho which was painted brown and the blaster and holster. The DLT-Heavy blaster is from Bandai and the side bag is from a COD WW2 figure, the sling and straps were made using pleather and the pouches are from Marvel/Black Series/Bandai figures.

Base - is made from Plaster and I used a rubber mould from Woodland Scenics and both the figure and base were painted and weathered using Vallejo Paints.

That's awesome! I like the soft goods, bandolier and sling. That's what's cool about Remnants, I guess depending on the commander they'd be pretty laxed about regulation.

Those are great troopers! The soft goods are exceptional. I like how you have modified the first rifle as well. Not sure how I missed the first guy on this page, but both troopers are fantastic.

Thanks heaps JD and yeah I'd say they would get away with wearing almost anything as they wouldn't have easy access to the usual equipment they are accustomed to.
