it is phase 2 TCW helmet with the visor and nubs  from a phase 1 Bly transplanted on ,and it does go up and down

Wow! thanks Shawn,
i very carefully cut the nubs of the P1 helmet then i gently shaved the comm pieces off the sides of the P2 helmet then superglued the nubs onto the P2 helmet taking care that they were level (and nearly glueing the nubs to my fingers.....twice!) then when the glue is dry just pop on the visor and Bobs your uncle! you have a prototype Bly helmet.  :)

Jay one thing is certain, you don't waste any time when it comes to bringing newly seen clones to life! The green trooper is awesome man! Love the design/look of that guy. Then you give us Bly, he looks magnificent! I can't wait for Jaxon to get home from school to see this! Bly is his favorite clone trooper.
