So according to https://www.starwars.com/bring-home-the-bounty
There is a TVC  TBOBF Boba fett deluxe with rocket firing feature up for sale tomorrow, supposedly, at 1pm EST.
I already know it's going to be blink and miss. The odds of successfully acquiring this figure is  approximately 3,720:1.  Maybe the $26.99 price tag will deter some people.

*correction* this is not exclusive to Walmart.  My bad yall.

Yeah, it seems we are now getting the "deluxe" treatment.

Man, what can they think up to charge more for a regular figure?

Well I'm the one who's always complaining about not getting accessories, so put my money where my mouth is. The accessories are okay, the headsculpt looks really great. The flame effects are cool. The stormtrooper helmets, I don't really feel the need for. I can dremmel them out to swap with stormtrooper, for an alternate bashed in head.

I have two theories as to why this Fett and the tbs fett are so high. One, its a one off figure sculpt that will probably never be used again. So they have to make some money on it.
Second theory is maybe Tameura Morrison gets royalties for using his likeness. Maybe he has a special contract. Those are just theories, trying to wrap my head around why they cost so much more.

There is a TVC  TBOBF Boba fett deluxe with rocket firing feature (...)

I wish it was, but I suppose it's just a removable missile like for the VC34 Jango Fett:

This is a beauty of a figure with cool accessories. But prices become nothing but ridiculous for TVC. I wait for the regular release.

Yeah that little sticker on the box has me wondering if it really is a rocket firing feature. Probably not.

Thank you, Tamer. You're right, the sticker is the exact detail that gave me reason to doubt.

I blew it up as much as my comp would let me. Can't really make it out.

I don't really see any apparatus to make it fire.

No its not rocket firing. Initially when it was on Star Wars. Com it gave no details only a small thumbnail. I had to assess what it was. If you zoom in real close it says removable in several languages. Not firing.
They spring this stuff on you, a day before it goes on sale, and they don't give you any description.  So my initial posting has many errors.

I don't know if there will be a regular release. Look at the TBS one and it's "deluxe" with no extra accessories. I went and ordered mine from Amazon.

Thanks for the good advice, JD. I'll see if I buy the so called deluxe Boba...but I can hardly imagine that Hasbro won't release him with a regular VC number when he's the main character of (T)BOBF. Fortunately, we're not on JTA here where every syllable is weighed and loaded with (negative) emotions. So don't worry about your first assumptions when no fuc.. information was given by Disney/Hasbro.

Yeah I dont know what's up with boba fett, and why he costs so much. It costs the same as the Maldo Kries mandalorian pack, and you get a big spider two little spiders and an egg, with a slight repaint, maybe a slight retooled mando and baby yoda. Boba fett should be at the $20 mark like the WM exclusives  especially if it's going to be carded, which it may not be, I don't know.
I know Fennec Shand is coming in the wave 37, 2 in a case, so i didn't get a third.
Yeah I haven't gone on JTA in a long time  they don't serve my kind. They're pretty much obsolete and irrelevant now.
