Title: Custom 1/18 scale Transformers by Foxtrot Delta
Post by: Foxtrot Delta on July 12, 2019, 02:50:08 PM
Here's a Hammer Vehicle I kitbashed into Roadbuster, the vehicle panels were separated, joints added, vehicle lifted 1/4" to fit all the extra parts and greebles for the head, arms and legs to transform, and finally repainted to fit the characters color scheme

Love that RAM.
How Hasbro has missed the crossover boat all these years is kind of amazing.

Well my first attempt on Jetfire needed some improvements, the neck area was too hollow, the torso and back needed a better way to pivot and the weapons/avionics accessories needed to be upgraded, so here is the improved version.
Photo:
#1. Basic Fighter Mode
#2. Mech mode holding the Gun Pod with Fastpack on and Dual Cannons pivoted forward position (Strike Valkerie for Macross
Fans)
#3. Ace conducting preflight checks and Fastpack left cover removed showing
the Mini Missiles Stowage Rack
#4. Fighter mode with Recon package installed (Elint Version) Long Range
Radar mounted on top of Fastpack with Mini Missile stowage Rack and Dual
Cannons removed in place of that are the Advanced Avionics/Electronic
Warfare components added
#5 Jetfire Filecard
#6 Fighter mode with Fastpack mounted with Dual Cannons and Mini Missile
stowage Rack and Cover installed

Thanks JDeck, this one was an older custom that I updated, I reengineered the neck area to cover up some of the bare section, also the front torso and back area connection was a little flimsy so I beefed it up with two pivot hinges and cut up a portion of the back panel and reattached it with a hinge to allow it to open and close to let the head rotate out with more room, previously it was a real tight area and was a pain to reach the head to rotate it out.

Here's the Transformers Ark that crashed on the side of a mountain, it's 1/18ish in scale, its 19 inches high, 17 inches wide, a vehicle around the size of an imperial troop transporter will fit through the entrance.

First off great to see you back.

Second, awesome work on both of those. On the front pages!

Man, I need to watch some Transformers. Might find the time where Optimus is brought back after the red plague.

Yeah I should've added some Autobots in the pic, sadly it was shipped to illinois and is no longer in my collection.

Cool idea
