Paul turned me on to this bit of info.
The Super7 store got reference material to reproduce a line of alien movie 3 3/4 figures that were prototyped back in 1979 but never produced. They have gotten rights from 20th century fox to produce them and they will start shipping in August/September with pre orders starting at San Diego Comicon.

They look real cool, would buy/10

I'm sure I've seen these on E Bay!? But they look great! :)

I love it !! I can not wait for this set Always loved the first alien move always will
-
Cool but a bit pricey, especially when you consider they are more than the Microman alien sets from a few years ago. Not sure if I will buy or not.

I think it is pretty cool that Alien fans will get a chance to grab these. I really like the vintage look and hope they will do a realistic version of these too.

I knew Id seen something like these on E Bay!
These are £14.99 each, so more than the Super 7 figures will be (£11.99 in UK) and also need to be assembled. But thought Id show them here out of general; interest AlienProject 1979 are selling them if you are interested!

Now those are interesting. Odd that they are different characters. I especially like the idea of a Cain in his suit marketed with a scale facehugger.
That would be a must have.
