So a year ago I started a photo novel using and figure avatar I made of myself. It started as a goofy way for me to take vacation photos and morphed into this. Anyhow, I hope y'all enjoy it some.

Introducing my action figure avatar, Jark Morontor: Intergalactic Man of Mystery!

Jark, skimming the surface of the strange world of Tey-Haas.

Jark, exploring the surface of this desolate world.

After a long journey, Jark begins to explore the planet NuMehHeeko.

Jark has located a trail leading into mysterious caverns.

Jark is drawn further into the caverns by a strange humming.

Jark comes across some strange alien tech, but then everything went wobbly.

Will there be more?

Thank, and yes. I have a whole years worth. I figure I’ll post a chunk every week until I run out :)

Ha! This is some genuine action figure fun! So cool! I really like the design of your avatar and especially the head you picked for Jark. The planet he discovers sounds very familiar! I think I've been there myself a couple weeks ago...is he also a fan of NuMetal? ;D

Looks like fun to me. Off to share on the front pages.

Ah, you've deciphered my clever planet naming scheme. These last shots were taken at Carlsbad Caverns. Some of the upcoming ones are from Bandelier Nation Monument and Los Alamos. My kids were freaking out convinced I was going to get us all arrested setting up pictures in the Los Alamos Nuclear Museum :)
It took me a bit to get Jark together. I think I got the head of Plastic Curves a while back. I had to sculpt some new hair and the goatee. I had to build the neck up too. The glasses are from an Roblox Imagination Series Davy Bazooka. The body is Doctor Octopus with lower legs from a Fortnite Visitor. The vest and satchel are Galaxy of Adventures Finn and the holster and pistol are Galaxy of Adventures Han Solo. I think he came out well. He's taken some abuse over the last year.

Luckily, Jark give those little blue beasts the slip!

Jark flees through their strange underground complex!

Finally eluding his captors, Jark makes his way out of the caverns!

Jark’s troubles aren’t over. It looks like he’s been followed by a couple of bounty hunters: Muddy Bodark and The Jawa with No Name!
-
I like Muddy Bodark! ;D
-
That Jawa with no name looks tough.
Off to share.
-
BTW - What is the setting for the "strange underground complex".
-
I like Muddy Bodark! ;D
Thanks, Starchaser. Muddy was a good one. I need to make another.
That Jawa with no name looks tough.
Off to share.
Thank you, Tamer. All Jawas are tough :)
BTW - What is the setting for the "strange underground complex".
These are some of the ones I took at the Los Alamos nuclear bomb museum.

Jark is making progress, but the bounty hunters aren’t far behind!

More Adventures of Jark Morontor!
(https://moronarama.com/jark/jark rescue01.jpg)
EGADS! Jark has been captured by the dastardly bounty hunters and is being whisked off planet in the hold of their ship!
(https://moronarama.com/jark/jark rescue02.jpg)
The bounty hunter's ship rockets through space, when suddenly a strange vessel appears. It fires a strange bolt, disabling the ship and crew. Could this be rescue for Jark, or is he falling into more dangerous hands?
(https://moronarama.com/jark/jark rescue03.jpg)
Arise, Jark Morontor! My people have need of you.
(https://moronarama.com/jark/jark rescue04.jpg)
Laciluna: "We need you to do something important."
Jark: "Am I the last fertile human? Do I need to help you repopulate your planet?"
Laciluna: "What? No ... ew ... no. We need you to blow something up."
Jark: "Ah ... I'm much better at that anyhow."

LOL. Nice. Off to share.

Another fun "episode." I feel like I'm watching a 1950's serial, its pretty enjoyable.

Thank you as always, Tamer.

That's what I was going for, at least originally. It's turned into a bit of a 70's heist movie/bar crawl later on.
