Devin, that's a great use of the Serpentor figure!  It looks great buddy, and I don't know if I'd go with a Mando chest plate....some kind of partial armor, perhaps, but not necessarily the Mando.  That's just me though.

I'm swaying away from the mando armor as well... amazingly enough.  someone suggested shoulder pads of somekind so that's something I'm working on right now.

I've got to decide on a color scheme too.

I've got 2 more extra serpentor torsos.... I might do a second one without the IM legs (mainly cuz I don't have another set of those)...

The legs are a combination.  Upper thighs are from an accelerator suit duke, knees and lower legs are from an Iron man 2 War Machine, and the feet are bossk's of course.
while I'm at it I'll name off the other parts...

the torso and upper arms are from a 25th aniversary serpentor figure....

the head, elbows, and arms are from bossk

and accessories not pictured but will be on the final figure are from a 25th aniversary paraviper

The trandoshans are known for a ruthlessness beyond measure... worshiping their diety "the scorekeeper" by hunting and killing worthy prey most trandoshans will choose a life of bounty hunting, or become a gun for hire...
