why does he have a mandalorian jet pack?
He uses one in the clone wars movie, and also clones with that type of armor used those mando packs while fighting the 501st on cloners planet in the battle front games.

yeah the figure looks to episode 2 clonish to me not the animated clone style.

He is supposed to be what Rex would look like in realistic style. (Similar to how they did General Kenobi & Anakin).
