Ok thank you

No problem. Just a heads up... sheet styrene is pretty expensive stuff.  I see a lot of people working with foamcore and I've seen some great work but I prefer plastic and wood.  I do use foamcore occasionally for mock ups on larger stuff though.  I recommend building a mock up with cheaper materials like cardboard and even construction paper before you go cutting into styrene if you're just starting out, or even if you're experienced sometimes.  It adds up if you make mistakes and I've made plenty of them.

Thanks for the tip, I have been using foam-core for a long time but I agree it would be best to start with it and move up to the more expensive material, thanks for the reminder, I hae used R-Board alot to for shaping building and things of that sort I work construction and they throw tons of it away so I just pick it up and use it its like an unlimited supply lol

"For Sale" signs are good sources of fairly cheap thin plastic, too.  I'm building the bed of a speeder truck out of a for-sale sign I got for under a dollar at WalMart.  If you look carefully, they are available in different thicknesses.

I get my plasticard from a local window replacement company.  They do all the trim in it and just toss 3 foot sections out, saves me a ton of money.

I'm liking your cantina diorama!   It looks to be a pretty good size!  can't wait to see more of it!

Scott, of course all of your dios are incredible....That's a given. Helen Keller could see that your a very gifted dio builder.
Dude, that cantina is sweeter than 6 sacks of sugar. Great job, without a doubt.
How do you intend to tackle the distillery and the overhang?

The distillery will be lots of small pipes and a few IG88 heads.  The overhang will be similar to the bottom part but will have a light in it.  It will be removable, though, so you can see the bar from above for display.

Have you got the heads you need already or do ya maybe need a few of them cast for ya?  Not that *this* place has anyone who might could mold 2-3 different IG heads, noooOOOooo.....   ;D

Which triggers a tangential thought - did Hasbro use the same head on the IG-86 as they used on the IG Lancer?  And how different was the Lancer from the last IG88 sculpt...  Things I'll have to check in the workshop later!

Actually, I don't have the heads yet so if anyone can help me out with that I'd appreciate it!

"That can BE arRANGED!"

I'll put them on the list to mold.  With all the cantinas underway, I'm sure more than one person needs several.

Excellent, thank you.  I'll take four.  PM me and let me know what it costs.
