ok so I have heard millions of way to build a diorama but which way is the best way for a crash sceen

if you don't want your viechle to be destroyed , use one of the veichles with removable parts

I would probably place the vehicle or vehicle bits and figure out where you want everything to lay and then start building the groundwork in a way that will allow you to mount your pieces. I would either pin em to or tie them to and through the groundwork.
