After the first paint apps, the pits in the surface are starting to come out I can't wait to get the weathering in and get it finished then I have 3 more waiting lol

Here are my storage pods with the first paint apps, just need to weather and print out the Imperial Decals I first saw these in another yarders page but I cannot remember who so please let me know who you were so I can give you credit for the Idea.

The first time I ever saw those pudding cups used as storage pods was by Owen Driscoll.  Not sure if he came up with the idea but I wouldn't be surprised.

Found objects are always great to use.  In fact, the model builders for the SW films used a lot of stuff like this. For example, the objects behind Ben Burtt in the photo below were made using plastic cups piled on top of one another and then little medicine cups piled the same way on top of them.  I always thought that was cool.

Ahhh, we have a lot in common.  I'm a big Battlefront 2 fan.  When I make dioramas I always include a Gonk and FX7 droid next to each other somewhere in the scene.  I've even taken a shot at making the bacta and ammo containers.  Looking forward to more of your work.

My son and I play a LOT of BFII together.  I'm looking at using some picnic cups as the basis of the BF turrets.

And you would be correct sir, they are perfect and very cheap and if you look at the turret close it looks like a upside down cup cut open
