I got a GONK Droid from TungHori, which had super glue on it.
On YouTube I looked for ways to remove it and found this one here that actually worked.
With salt and (hot) water you can gently solve super glue from plastic surfaces. It remains mat, but I had to remove a few small scratches at the end. Plus you need a lot of patience.

It took several repetitions to remove all of the super glue. It also left some scratches.

How do you remove super glue from plastic parts? WD-40 spray seems to work as well.

That turned out pretty well (and gives the droid a nice worn look). Thanks for the tip!

That worked out well! The scuffing actually makes it look better imo.
