There may already be a thread started for this as I just watched it on dvd this past week. I loved it!
I think the special effects in this just blew the previous version away and it was so great to see some of those old ships and vehicles get new life this time out. Ofcourse the storyline was very similar to the first one in that there was a quest to get out of the digital land, but the landscapes and characters, and the effects were so much greater imo.
Rent it. I am gonna buy it.
