Topic: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Ok, so I couldn't resist.  I went out today, traded in a few games that were sitting idle, and bought this bad boy...and now I don't wanna go to work tomorrow!  It picks up 5 years after the first, and straight off the bat, it rocks!  I'm on the 2nd full level, and I'm in some frozen ice region with a rifle that picks up heat registrations such as heart beats!  I only played for about 45 minutes or so, but it was awesome!

Anyone else pick this up yet?

I just bought Tekken 6 and will save my money for GT5, but from what I've read, this is the new definitive FPS. And of course, some political parties want to put a ban on this game, because of the extreme violence, particularly in one certain level. Geez.......

I think politicians and outside groups need to stay away from our freedom of choice,  if a game is marked with teh appropriate age rating then it should be left alone,

 I will be renting this one tonite on my way home from work, hopefully it is in wit all the buzz that is going on with it.

That is why I play games... to be able to do things I can not in real life... well, not without being in lots of trouble.
I dont play many or too often any more, but I used to kill so many things and blow uo so much stuff....
Leaves a nice feeling of accomplishment when done right....
Nothing like playing a level in a game with about 800 NPCs and knowing you killed each and every one of them.
If nothing else, be thorough.
And with the way all these politicians want to control our lives, it will probably be ILLEGAL for a person to sit around inside their own home in their underwear before long.

Clint, this is a First Person Shooter, the controls are very simple if you've ever played a CoD before, and easy if you've never played before.  Fast paced, super badass!  I highly recommend it if you haven't played!

i completed it in a day im level seargent fist class II         on offline but i will be 2x that on online i can beat anyone an anything    so..... have u got it on ps3

In my opinion the best game ever.

The level design and the action is unbelievable and the multiplayer is also superb

The only thing I don't like is that the singleplayer is done again too short

Still debating on this one. I know that it's awesome but I just read that MAG comes out next month and was considering holding out for it.

Massive Action Game. It's a Zipper made title for the PS3 that is to be a massive real time combat based fps shooter that will feature online rooms with 256 players per room. One game, 256 players.

Also, has anyone played a game with the unlimited ammo/rapid fire gun mod? Those games are fun as hell lol. I just got three AC-130s in a row and got 87 kills.
