Thanks heaps Shawn, they are really great figures to customize especially if your a huge Warhammer 40k fan. I saw someone do a Stormtrooper Marine and in looked awesome, I'm getting a few more and will making one in the Trooper Marine.

That fur really does make this look tougher and rougher if that makes any sense. More realistic.

Another very impressive bunch of Space Marines my friend.
The fake fur looks great and the weathering is top notch.
Excellent work as always.

Hi All,

I don't know much about the Necrons from Warhammer 40k the Necron were once flesh and blood beings and over time they became robotic, The flayed ones were cursed and now crave flesh which they can’t eat so the wear the skins of there enemies over their bodies.

Necron Flayed Ones - 7"

Recipe.

Necron - is from Mcfarlane Toys and I removed the figures and added blades using plastic card and the legs were cut and extra length added by using plastic card and plastic rod. I repainted the figure by giving it a black prime and then painted it silver then used GW Agrax Earthshade to tone it down then lightly dry brushed it with silver to add some highlights.

The skin was done by spreading out PVA glue on non stick cooking paper and once dry in was painted flesh tones on both sides. I then mixed some PVA glue, Red Gore paint and Matt black paint and mixed it together and applied to one side of the skin and then attached to the figure.

Hi All,

While I’m waiting for some 3-3/4” sci-fi figures to arrive from JOYTOY I decided I’d make a patrol ship for them.

The ship so far is around 34 inches long and is made using foam board, I still have heaps of work to do as it will have full interior and complete exterior details. In the pics from left to right is the bridge, quarters/mess, cargo/airlock and engine room.
